About the Roster Performance on Test Report

The Roster Performance on Test report displays a row of data for each of a roster's students who completed the given assessment. The report includes data only for students associated with you.

To access the Roster Performance on Test report:

If you're a user at the district or school level, then in the Performance by Roster table in the School Performance on Test report, click a roster name.
If you're a teacher, then in the Performance by Roster table in the My Students' Performance on Test report, click a roster name.

Table 6 describes the columns in the table. The columns vary depending on the test.

Column	Description
Student	Depending on your role, this column may include the following rows: State: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all the students in the state who completed the assessment. These aggregates may be delayed depending on your state's policies, and may not be available for all tests. District: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all the students in the district who completed the assessment. School: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all the students in the school who completed the assessment. My Students: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all your students who completed the assessment. Roster: Displays aggregate data, such as mean average scores, for all the roster’s students who completed the assessment. [Student Name]: Displays data for that individual student. To access the Student Performance on Test report for a student, click the student's name.
SSID	Student’s unique identifier.
Total	This column may contain the following sub-columns: Score: Student’s score for the whole assessment (or for aggregate groups, the mean average scores). Performance: Student’s performance level for the whole assessment (or for aggregate groups, the performance distribution).
[Reporting Category] (multiple columns)	Displays student performance data for each reporting category. Each column contains sub-columns, which may include the following: Score: Student’s score for the reporting category (or aggregate groups’ mean averages). Performance: Student’s performance level for the reporting category (or aggregate groups’ performance distributions).
Writing Dimensions	Displays information on how a student performed on each writing dimension. Writing dimensions measure different aspects of writing performance. Contains the following columns under the Essay header: [Essay type]: An essay type in the test. [Writing dimension]: A writing dimension within the essay type, as listed in item rubrics, with the student’s score (or for aggregate groups, the percentage and number of students who earned each number of points).
